We believe that everyone can swim
We offer a small, intimate coaching experience for adult women (18+) who have an intermediate level of swimming but would like coaching. Women in this group should be able to swim with their face in the water, and be able to swim a few laps of a 25 yard pool with some comfort. We will focus on increasing comfort in the water and increasing (or beginning!) skill in all four strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke or butterfly)
Sessions are all with *highly* skilled and empathetic swim instructors who bring a coaching perspective to the session. These 55 minute sessions will be held on Wednesday mornings from 6-7am at Morey Middle School and on Thursday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm at North High School.
